Located in the center of the city. Bread and cakes for breakfast with many options also for vegetarians. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff and quick to respond.

I truly enjoyed that the hotel was cool and clean. I had a well-appointed and well laid out room with great air con, hairdryer, TV. The property was in the center of the city. Had a fine stay here.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near the airport for our next day flight. This place was the perfect choice to avoid the traffic of the city and catch our flight easily. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the free coffee at the reception area, a nice little bonus. The best part was the quietness of the room, allowing us to get a good night's sleep before our early morning departure. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

As for the cons, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer luggage storage. However, the receptionist was kind enough to help us find a solution to this issue.

The location was particularly good, because a bus stop was based near the hotel. I had some drinks at Baden Beer, positioned 600 feet away. The restaurant was nice with excellant food and service here, I had hot dishes.

A nice size rooms, had a PLEASANT stay on a road trip. Spacious bedroom, peaceful and ideal location.

Besides, the location was good for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Adamastor Cultural Center. The hotel itself was in a good area, close to Terminal 2 at the curb where all the shuttle buses are and convenient for that and suburban commercial centre. Bread and cakes were fresh and overall there was a wide range of food.

A well-maintained property, clean, favourable location parallel to the pedestrian precinct. The rooms are large with 3 large beds. The breakfast is wonderful with many options also for vegetarians, had excellent food.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is perfect for those who have early flights. The room service is excellent and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The view from the hotel room is breathtaking, especially during sunrise.

The Wi-Fi connection is weak and unreliable.

In our case we had 12 hours layover before the next flight we had no choice but to stay in a clean hotel close to the airport. It was ok, the room was very big and relaxed, internet was free in the room and fast, nice food buffet. Friendly shuttle bus drivers the helped us with the luggage.

We thought that the shuttle was free to and from the airport, We could not find it when we landed so we took a taxi to the hotel 40 reals. Then we had to pay 7 reals each to the hotel on the way back to the Airport.

Cool hotel & clean, its location is exceptionally nice and ideal parallel to the pedestrian precinct. It is nestled in the center of the town, extremely close to a public library.

Great value for money. The location is really handy with a free bus shuttle to the airport that takes only 20 minutes. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The gym is a great bonus, and there's a lovely terrace for relaxing. The breakfast is especially tasty, and the Wi-Fi is fast.

The Wi-Fi can be slow at times, but it's not a deal-breaker. The local area doesn't have a lot of options for dining out, but the hotel recommends some great choices nearby.

Clean, functional, friendly.

Most of all, you cannot reach down town Sao Paulo from the hotel. A taxi costs usd $50 one way and the bus to the metro takes 1 hour during the day ! Also, although there is a shuttle for R$7 from the Airport, you will not find any information about when it leaves the airport for the hotel and it turns out it only runs once per hour. A taxi costs around R$45.

This hotel is located in a quieter neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, especially the comfortable beds. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including vegetarian choices, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel met all my expectations.
